Report Guidelines

Verbal Reports

All grant recipients are responsible for scheduling a verbal report in the same year in which they are funded.  Verbal reports should include:

1.  A brief of description of what the funds are being used for.
2.  What problem are you addressing?
3.  How have you impacted this problem?  Please include hard data, such as numbers, percentages, etc and soft data, such as success stories.
4.  Any obstacles in reaching your goal.  We hope that by sharing obstacles with the group that others present can help problem-solve.

Verbal reports should be approximately 5 minutes in length.  You must submit your report in writing as well - you can give a copy of your notes to Jennifer at the meeting where you present, or e-mail the report.   If you cannot give your report in the month it is scheduled, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Alcohol and Other Drugs in Tippecanoe County: Use & Effects


Our next Community Epidemiological Profile will be released in the fall of 2020.  It is at this time new youth data will be available, as Tippecanoe County youth will participate in the Indiana Youth Survey in the Spring of 2020.
